Gentle introduction with herbal tea

Opening & Theory

We’ll begin with a herbal tea and a gentle introduction to the Food as Medicine philosophy, exploring topics most relevant to you.
Preparing a nourishing menu together

Cooking Together

We’ll prepare a nourishing menu, and I’ll share the healing qualities of each ingredient and how to work with them intuitively.
Enjoying a shared meal intentionally

Shared Meal & Closing

We’ll enjoy the fruits of our labor, eating slowly and intentionally, and close with a reflection circle so you leave feeling fully nourished.

1:1 Holistic Coaching Sessions

A gentle space to reconnect with your body, your rhythm, and your way of feeling well.

These sessions are for you if you’re craving a deeper, more grounded approach to your well-being. This isn’t about restriction or perfection. It’s about tuning in, simplifying, and learning how to use food and daily habits as a tool for healing, grounding, and radiant health.

A Gentle Offering

I’m currently in the final stages of becoming certified as a holistic coach, and I’m beginning to open space for a few 1:1 clients. While I’m still studying, I’m offering these sessions in exchange — an open invitation for you to contribute in a way that feels meaningful. I’m very open to creative exchange and would love to explore what feels aligned for both of us. If this speaks to you, feel free to reach out.
