Hi! I’m Zuzanna,
I'm a self-taught, very passionate, plant-based intuitive chef. Using the term “intuitive” means trusting my intuition when cooking, rather than following a recipe step-by-step. This approach allows me to make the most of available ingredients and enhance their flavors using my preferred cooking methods and seasonings.
I often don’t know what I'll cook until I start preparing it. It's like an adventure where I let my creativity run wild. I believe this approach allows me to create unique and personalized dishes that are delicious and aesthetically pleasing.
Cooking is like art to me. I feel like a painter using all the ingredients like colors on a blank canvas. This is how I discovered my creativity, and I'm continuously learning new techniques and flavor combinations to create delicious meals.
I love how food can influence our mood. I believe that food can be a source of comfort and joy, and I always try to infuse positive energy into my dishes. And therefore, I only cook when I'm inspired!
"Soulfood by Zuzanna" is the result of my ambition to show you that healthy vegan and vegetarian food can be delicious, rich, and satisfying nourishment for your mind, body, and soul.
I combine locally sourced, seasonal, organic ingredients with my passion for cooking, to create simple, creative, and heartwarming recipes that inspire. My intuitive approach helps me to create a taste experience that truly comes from my heart and nourishes from bowl to soul!

I believe that the food served complements the retreat experience. Each retreat is unique and requires nourishment tailored to its specific needs. I take into consideration the activities, the season, and any special dietary requirements, to create perfect meals that will help you feel your best and get the most out of your retreat journey
Regarding pricing, you can decide on how many meals per day you would like to offer and I will design the menu that works best for your retreat. If you have any questions or special requests, let's work together to make your retreat perfect.
